Retired CIA Agent Tim Hall has information that many people want to know. He only wishes he remembered what it was.
Tim has been diagnosed with something called retrograde amnesia after a traffic accident. An accident that took the life of his wife Pam. Forced to retire, Tim settles in Baltimore where he spends most of his time at a local bar named the Blue Goose. He is attracted to the owner and bartender, Mary Ann, but is uncertain about pursuing her. Desperate to recover his memory, he agrees to travel to the Dominican Republic to participate in a stem cell trial. Suddenly, people who know about Tim's past begin to surface.
